The Board of Directors meets regularly, normally the last Tuesday of every month at 6:30P at the JPII pool cabana, and meeting schedules are published on the website, the pool cabana and via email, for all residents to see.
Yes! Board meetings are open to all Jefferson Pines II unit owners and participation is encouraged.
Renters are welcome however renters(and guests) are NOT ALLOWED TO SPEAK. If renters and/or guests have issues they would like to address those issues should be handled through their owner lessor(s) at the meetings or through communication with Board members directly.
